Fresh Baked Bread(and hopefully you know how to prepare a panini, in either your grill pan or on your grill (with a pan on top of the panini. Add some cans to the pan to weigh it down on the panini) or if you have a panini press or George Foreman, use that!
Grilled Chicken Panini
Ingredients
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 TBS Water
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
Instructions
- Chop up the tomatoes and push off your cutting board into a saute pan (I say push off the cutting board because you want the inside juices and seeds).
- Add all other ingredients and turn heat to medium low.
- Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, until thick. Use either warm or cold.
