Sometimes I wish I had kids, just so I could make fun, kid friendly treats with them. Then I remember the whole dirty diaper thing, and I change my mind and make the treats by myself.
But if you do have kids, I can not think of an easier Easter treat to make. You microwave for one minute… you form the eggs… and your snack is ready! I thought about coloring some real eggs, but realized that a decorated hard boiled egg is somewhat pointless, and somewhat messy. Pretty, but messy. So instead I made these Rice Crispies Easter Eggs. I think I made the right choice.
