I have been one busy bee lately. I am getting ready to go back to school and just made my class schedule. I am so excited, and so nervous at the same time. Being back on the campus made me remember all the homework I had, and haven’t had in the past two years since I graduated (unless you count this blog, which is totally home work). But the quicker I graduate, the quicker I can start my career and my life.
If you are out of the loop, then let me quickly fill you in. Went to culinary school. Started cooking professionally. Started catering. Started blogging. Started to like photography. Started to LOVE photography. Changed my focus. Enrolled back in school. And in three years I will have my bachelors in photography (emphasis on food) and will be one happy camper.
But until then, I will make cake. I will eat cake. And I will share it with you.
Which will hopefully in turn, make you a happy camper!
This is the kind of rich and decadent dessert that goes down well with a glass of cold milk. It tastes like your classic, gooey brownie but raises a bit more so I call it cake. A brownie cake! And I also like to call it cake because you typically get bigger slices of cake than you do pieces of brownies. And I like big slices, duh!
I am embarrassed and ashamed to say this whole brownie cake lasted 24 hours. 24 hours. So it comes with a warning that you just may eat it all in one day, and will be required to jog 1o,824 miles to burn it off
