- 1 Egg

- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Make one graham cracker crust recipe. Use small disposable pie tins and bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool before filling.
- Whisk together key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Before adding the egg taste the mixture. If it is too tart for your taste then add 1/4 cup sugar. Add the egg and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool on the counter, then refrigerate at least 2 – 3 hours.
- Top with fresh whipped cream.
