  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust recipe
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Method
 

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Make one graham cracker crust recipe. Use small disposable pie tins and bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool before filling.
  3. Whisk together key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Before adding the egg taste the mixture. If it is too tart for your taste then add 1/4 cup sugar. Add the egg and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool on the counter, then refrigerate at least 2 – 3 hours.
  6. Top with fresh whipped cream.
