Among the most popular cookies are Peanut Butter Cookies. They are baked treats made with peanut butter as the main ingredient. These cookies originated in the United States during the 1910s. Because peanut butter is very crunchy, they can contain tiny pieces of peanut. As a result, some people are hesitant to make them at home. However, if you love the taste of peanut butter, you can try making these delicious treats. Here are some tips to help you bake them at home.
I had a bad day yesterday.
Obviously this blog is public so I can’t write about WHO made my day so bad, but lets say they are my boss…. they are too rich for their own good…. and they are awful….
(wait, did I just describe your boss too?)
Now, I hate that one stupid person can make me so upset.
But, I love that one delicious cookie can make me so happy.
(did I just admit to being an emotional eater?
screw it, these cookies are good!)
Oh and don’t worry, today was a good day! I convinced Kyle to go to yoga for the second time this week (he won’t admit it, but I think he likes it).

Tips and Tricks
To begin, prepare the ingredients. To make a peanut butter cookie, you’ll need two tablespoons of butter, a beaten egg and sugar. Then, prepare a large bowl and add the peanut butter to it. Next, mix in the sugars and vanilla extract. Then, add the flour mixture. Combine all the ingredients, and mix well. When the dough is well mixed, pour it into the prepared baking sheets.
Once the dough is mixed, roll into balls about 3/4 inches in diameter. Flatten each ball lightly with the tines of a fork. Bake the dough balls for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack. Then, transfer them to a storage container. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They are best consumed within a day after baking.
To make peanut butter cookies, use a heavy-duty mixer or a food processor. A large bowl is required for mixing the ingredients. In the bowl, add the flours and baking soda. In the same bowl, combine the butter, sugars and vanilla. Whisk the ingredients until the ingredients are combined thoroughly. After adding the dry ingredients, add the wet mixture to the dough. The dough should form a thick ball, and then knead it to incorporate the melted butter.
If you prefer a nutty and creamy peanut butter cookie, you can opt for the sweetened version. In case you prefer using unsalted peanut butter, make sure to salt it before using it. Also, it is important to chill the dough before baking it. Keeping the dough cool will keep the cookies from spreading while baking. When you bake your Peanut Butter Cookies, you must be very careful not to burn the sugar. You may want to spread the sugar on the cookies before you bake them.
Once the dough is chilled, you can shape it into balls. Using a fork, lightly flatten each ball. Place the balls on a wire rack. If you plan to freeze your cookies, do so before baking them. If you want to store them, they’ll last for a few days. You can make them ahead of time and enjoy them at your next get-together. There’s no need to waste your time baking.
To make your peanut butter cookies, you should start by preheating your oven. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also spray two baking sheets with cooking spray and place the cookies on them. Incorporate the peanut butter and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and eggs. Then, add the milk. After a while, the batter should be thick and creamy. For best results, combine the two ingredients.
