How to make Watermelon Sorbet – healthy summer dessert

Now this is a little embarrassing, but there are some flavors I prefer artificially. (For example, Runts candy. How do they make the banana flavor taste so good?)

But Watermelon is a better example, because I dislike the fruit but love the flavor. To me, watermelon tastes like water with a crunch. I don’t know, maybe its a texture thing? I just don’t really like it. But I love the flavor.

I am never one to say no to food (duh), so when my Mom offered me a watermelon the other day, I took it of course!

Watermelon Sorbet

Whether you prefer a sweet or a savory treat, Watermelon Sorbet is a summertime classic. This dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan dessert is a healthy way to savor the sweet and juicy flavor of watermelon. To make this treat even more delicious, you can add honey to it for an added touch of sweetness. Watermelons naturally develop a yellow spot on their bottom, which indicates they are ripe. When tapped, the fruit should produce a hollow sound. If the sound is dull, the watermelon is over or under-ripe.
