Method
- Puree the watermelon and add the diced watermelon to the liquid.
- Add the juice, zest and simple syrup.
- Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturers instructions.
Notes
I thought this sorbet was great, and the more it melted the better it was, especially with the small chunks of watermelon. Ok, so I guess I will eat watermelon, but only when its in a sweet sorbet on a scorcher summer day!
