Ingredients
Method
- Combine first 10 ingredients in bowl. Pour 1/3 of the mixture in a large ziplock bag and reserve the rest. Add pork to bag, seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, turning occasionally.
- Remove pork from bag, discard marinade. Sprinkle pork with salt.
- 3 Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat and coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork and cook for 2 minutes before rotating 45 degrees to get some grill marks. Cook 2 more minutes before flipping over and repeating.
- Set pork aside. In small sauce pan add remaining honey-hoisin mixture over medium high heat. Once mixture begins to boil turn off heat and add 2 T butter, to make a smooth sauce. Serve over pork immediately.

Notes
The hoisin sauce is a blend of wine, orange juice, and soy sauce. Once combined, add brown sugar, ginger, and garlic, and simmer for two minutes. Half of the sauce is used to glaze the pork, while the rest is served as a side dish. The glaze can be poured over the pork chops to serve as an accompaniment. It's great to serve with cold sesame noodles.
