Ingredients
  

  • One 8oz container Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 TBS Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. In a food processor or small blender, pulse the blackberries. Place a strainer over a bowl and strain the blackberries.
  2. Place the whipped cream cheese in a small bowl. Add the sugar and lemon juice and gently mix.
  3. Add the strained blackberry juice (should be 2-3 tablespoons worth, don’t add more) and fold until completely mixed in and a pale purple color. Enjoy on toast and bagels.
