Ingredients
Method
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the peppers in halve and clean out the seeds and membrane while wearing gloves. Set aside.
- In a small bowl use a spatula to mix together the bacon and cream cheese until soft and combined. When smooth add the cheese, pepper, and seasoning.
- Use a spoon to spoon the mixture into the peppers. Make sure the filling is packed in there tight. Dip each pepper in the panko, or sprinkle the panko on top (whichever way would work better for you.) Spray the top of the peppers with the butter pan spray.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the peppers and wrinkled and the panko has browned.
- Let cool 2 minuted before enjoying!
