  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup AP Flour
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8×8 pan
  • Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix. Add the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.
