  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Make one graham cracker crust recipe. Use small disposable pie tins and bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool before filling.
  • Whisk together key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Before adding the egg taste the mixture. If it is too tart for your taste then add 1/4 cup sugar. Add the egg and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour into pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool on the counter, then refrigerate at least 2 – 3 hours.
  • Top with fresh whipped cream.
