- Clean your portabella mushroom and pat try. Generously rub with the oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill for at least 5 minutes on each side until blackened.

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day! It doesn’t feel like a holiday to me, but more like a much needed day off work where we can all get together and light up the grills and drink some beer.
