Method
- Quarter the bananas and freeze until firm. Insert a lollipop stick in each banana. Place back in the freezer until chocolate is ready.
- Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. If too thick to easily coat the banana add more sweetened condensed milk a TBS at a time.
- Take bananas out of the freezer and dip each one in the chocolate. Use a spoon to completely coat the banana. Top the bananas with salted peanuts and freeze at least 5 minutes until eating.
