Chocolate Banana Pops

- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Chocolate
- 3 TBS sweetened condensed milk
- Salted Peanuts chopped
- Sprinkles optional
Quarter the bananas and freeze until firm. Insert a lollipop stick in each banana. Place back in the freezer until chocolate is ready.
Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. If too thick to easily coat the banana add more sweetened condensed milk a TBS at a time.
Take bananas out of the freezer and dip each one in the chocolate. Use a spoon to completely coat the banana. Top the bananas with salted peanuts and freeze at least 5 minutes until eating.
(Hold for a minute or two at room temperature before you eat)
