Method
- Mix the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the hot water slowly while mixing with a wooden spoon (this is the part I would do in a mixer).
- Mix until dough ball forms and knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for one hour.
- Separate into four pieces. Flour your work area and roll each piece into a 6 inch circle. Sprinkle some green onions and black sesame seeds and slightly press into the pancake.
- Fold the pancake a few times and re-roll the pancake into a 6 inch circle. Repeat this process with all 4 pancakes.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan until hot. Add the pancake and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until tan and crispy. Drain each pancake on paper towels. Cut and enjoy!

If the scallions are cooked, they'll come out as a speck of white on top.
