Ingredients
Method
- Grill Jalapeno until nice and charred, about 5 minutes. Place in a Ziploc bag for 5 minutes so the pepper will steam and the charred pieces will be easy to remove. Chop up pepper, throw away seeds (or add if you want a LOT of heat!)
- Puree 1 1/2 cups of the blueberries. You don't want to puree the berries so much that its liquid, but you don't want full berries either.
- Add the jalapeno to the blueberry puree and add the rest of the ingredients.

Notes
Fresh & Easy Blueberry Salsa is the perfect summer snack. This salsa is low-carb, Whole30 compliant, and low-calorie. Its light and tart flavor is great with chips, seafood, and sandwiches. It also pairs well with grilled chicken. You can make the salsa according to your taste. However, the resulting sauce will taste better when it's refrigerated for at least two days.
