Where was May gone? Poof it was here, poof it’s almost gone. I didn’t get to participate in the May challenge of Daring Bakers. I wanted to, I haven’t made strudel from scratch since culinary school, but I have not had the time (well, to be honest, I kind of forgot those few days when I did have time).
I did however get to participate in the FBI Gloves challenge this month. This is a much easier challenge to fit in since you can make anything from the chosen blog. That should have been the case, but the chosen blog this month literally had hundreds of fabulous sounding recipes. This month investigated Culinary in the Desert.
We had center cut pork chops on hand so I decided to make the Honey-Hoisin Pork Tenderloin Chops. Kyle loved this dinner. This honey-hoisin glaze would be delicious as a marinade for anything, especially beef or chicken.
