Fresh Corn Quiche

If you're following a Weight Watchers diet, this recipe is perfect for you. It is low-calorie, and has lots of fiber and is a healthy alternative to traditional quiche. Acorn quiche is a great alternative to traditional potato. If you are on a budget, you'll find it easier to make this recipe than with traditional pie crusts. You can also replace the cheese with other types, and the crust is still perfectly good.
