Peanut Butter Frosting

If you don't want to use buttermilk, you can use water instead. If you don't have any, you can substitute buttermilk with maple syrup, honey, or molasses. To make the cake with peanut butter, you need to blend cream cheese and sugar until they're fluffy. Then, add the remaining powdered sugar. Continue beating on medium speed until the frosting is fluffy. Then, drizzle the chocolate on top and drizzle the peanut butter on top.

Notes

This cake has an intense chocolate flavor, and is very soft and moist. The peanut butter frosting isn’t overly sweet, and went very well with the cake though you could use any flavor of frosting and this cake would still be killer.
